Nell-e is a one of a kind Yoga Instructor, Reiki practitioner and Sound Bath healer. His energy is calming, grounded, supportive and nurturing while also maintaining a lightness and brevity to it. A unique blend that is truly rare to find! I have always felt comforted and safely guided in his yoga classes and his Reiki sessions as he emanates such a warm, gentle kindness. He is an authentic and genuine embodiment of what it means to be a true yogi on and off the mat. Weaving both yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, chanting, mantra and meditation into his offerings in a seamless and approachable way. As well as being a wonderful human, generous with his offerings, his time and his heart. I’m so grateful to call him both a fellow teacher and friend.
